Dont buy gold from APMEX

Good app. Bad Company.
I bought $500 worth of gold from them which got lost by the USPS. When I tried to get a refund or replacement. I was stonewalled. No response. By anyone. Not even supervisor.
So I filed a claim with my credit card company which gave me my money back in 1 day and is now persuing APMEX. I also reported them to the BBB. Dont be fooled by their good record. Maybe that was in the past.
